We went for apartment stay last weekend at Bayu Emas Apartment in Batu Ferringhi. Many of us went there: Beng Lay, Sherlyn, Kok Ee, Carol, May, Darrel, Siew Yee, Jess, Tze Chin, Sam & Sam's gf, Anny, Ing Han, Boon Leong & Boon Leong's gf, Chee Huey, Tian Hong, Teik Tye, Jessica, Carine, Louis, Raymond, Jun Hao and Vincent. I'm sure we might not have the opportunity to have this kind of gathering whereby so many people can attend. Too bad that Kidz Leong cannot make it as he cannot get his bus ticket.

I was so excited and woke up early on 15th Mar, thereafter, went to Coming Soon's house and had all those food prepared. Later, we went to Tesco to have our lunch as well as do some shopping with May, Kok Ee, Ing Han and Siew Yee.

By the time we reached the apartment, it was about 4++pm. Darrel has already checked in earlier. We played Monopoly while preparing for the food.



Then, few of us: TTC, SCH, CMH, TBL, WSY and CL went to the beach and enjoyed ourselves. We met YEP in the lift and he was forced to follow us as well. We built " Turtle House" and played by the beach. It's fun....

Then, we headed back to the apartment, refreshed up and prepared for the event of the night. The Steamboat!!! Wow...I'm so happy that everything turned up successfully. It's Great!!! We chatted, snapped pictures, played cards and played Monopoly.

Guess what, we also celebrated May's Birthday! She was so surprised when they brought in the cake.

The night is still young, while many of them hang up in the pub.. few of us enjoyed playing Monopoly in the apartment. We played till about 4am in the morning. I'm so exhausted...


Time flies, it's approaching the end of out apartment stay.. I'm sure this stay would be a memorable stay for all of us and may it stay in our hearts and mind as long as it may..

Tomorrow is Beng Lay's birthday. She is my best mate in MR. As she has to celebrate her birthday with her beloved tomorrow, we celebrated her birthday this afternoon. There are 13 of us in 3 cars.

We went to Kulim and had our lunch at the Restaurant Kolam Air. The lunch tasted great and delicious.

There is this canopy walk, but we did not try out. We snapped pictures instead.

We even sang birthday song for her and ate the birthday cake in the water. Can you imagine that? This is my first encounter eating birthday cake in the water. It's great!! Too bad that I can't upload the video clip of us having the cake in the water....

Yesterday, I surfed through Penquin's blog,

and really recalled back those sweet memories that we had in the past one year. I agreed with Penquin that those memories were so fresh as if it happened yesterday. Miss the moment that we had!

Suddenly, I have this weird feelings. Some where in your life, you might be very close with certain friends, had many things to do in common, shared many sweet memories and downs together. But as time passed by, some friends might be lost.

Hai~~ thinking, I have not seen Penquin since our dinner in Ribs in December 2007, Tian Siong since Chinese New Year and so on. Would true friendship last forever and never be forgotten?

Just saw this message in my MSN from my dear, Kind of belated, rite?

I'm sure most of you out there did enjoy your yesterday.

Well, I went for a dinner with my beloved dear at Little Cottage in Burma Road. The atmosphere over there is great. Quite romantic, I would say. Most of the patrons are couples. We ordered the Valentines Day Set Dinner. I ordered Mediterranean Chicken while Kevin ordered XXXX fish. ( I can't remember the name of that, too bad). Emm, the fish is great, but the chicken is a so so. The appetizer is great! A must try as it is very appetizing.

Guess what, I was in a hurry yesterday, as the dinner was at about 7pm, and I reached home at about 6.20pm. I can't even have the time to refesh myself. In the end, I forgot to bring along my camera. Too pity!!! I do not have any great shots of the atmosphere there, the food, and dear and myself. Hai~~~

At last, I passed my Certified Financial Planner (CFP) exam! I'm so so so happy. It's a great news for Chinese New Year!
Thanks to all my friends for your wishes. I managed to pass through this exam at last.

After 2 years of hard effort, finally, it paid off. Great!! Feel so great!!

Today, we worked till 3++pm. Then, couple of us went to Red Box to celebrate the end of working for Piggy year. Only few of us went,as most of them prefer to go for shopping instead.

Even though only a handful of us, but we really enjoyed ourselves much.

Yesterday night, went to Rasa Sayang for buffet dinner with dear, dear's parents, Dr Soh, Ah Sok and Pan Mee's family.

It's a farewell dinner for Dr. Soh as he will be leaving Penang this Saturday. He treated all of us there.

Well, it's my second time to Rasa Sayang since its refurbishment. Last visit was during my birthday in 2006.

Wow, the scenery over there is fantastic. We took a picture at the entrance with Ah Sok.
The buffet dinner is great though I don't eat much. Hehe.. I enjoyed taking pictures instead.

Have taken a few shots of its great desserts. A must try when you intend to have dinner there.

He's my dear's pet. We started to keep Big-T, Small-T, Baby-T and Naught-T as pets three years ago while we were in KL.

I miss you, Baby-T...

It's been kinda long since I last posted articles on my blog coz' I'm busy and don't have that mood to write. Hehe...

Ever after since my date with Daphne, I met up with Siew when she dropped by a night with me. We had a great chat though. You see, when we started working, we seldom get to meet up with our friends. Thanks God that when we meet up, we still have topics to linger about. Else, the friendship won't last. To me, when you're working, you'd be spending most of your time with your colleagues, and eventually, you would tend to share most of your ups and downs with them. But, don't ever forget those good old friends that you tend to mix around with in those good old days.

Today is Andrew's wedding, but I can't make it. It's really fast that he's getting married. Wish him all the best and be happy, be merry forever!! Glad to hear that he met a girl whom he cherishes for life.

I just came back from SP after a week of audit there. Damn tired. Coz' we've been working till midnight daily. I'm so exhausted. Thank goodness that Kok Ee helped me to drive most of the journey, else I would be even worse. Hehe.. We stayed in Swiss Inn. Gosh! This is the first hotel that I've been to with families of mosquitoes in the room. Too bad... We got bitten, then the housekeeping staff came in with mosquitoes spray to get rid of them. The breakfast over here is better than those of Park Avenue where we used to stay in during our interim audit. However, we did work hard, eat hard and enjoy hard this trip. This should be my very last outstation audit trip. Gotta take a good rest then.. and battling for those December year end files.
